The Okefenokee Swamp Park is host to approximately 80,000 visitors annually.
When registering an ADULT, please complete Sections 1 and 3 of this form. If you are registering a YOUTH, please fill out SECTIONS 1,2 & 3. SECTION 3 contains two AGREEMENTS; one for ADULT and one for YOUTH. Your registration will not be accepted if the proper agreement has not been checked. Please read the agreement before accepting.
Adult Registration Agreement I hereby agree to participate in the Ware County Recreation Department's Adult Program recognizing my obligation to abide by all rules and regulations of the Department and release said Department and team sponsor of any liability for injury which might occur. I AGREE I DISAGREE Youth Registration Agreement I hereby consent for my child to participate in the Ware County Recreation Department's Program and hereby release said department and sponsor of any liability for injuries which might occur. I also give my consent for the Ware County Recreation Department personnel to have my child treated in case of an emergency. I AGREE I DISAGREE
