Building Maintenance
Welcome! The Building Maintenance department is tasked with the care and maintenance of approximately forty county-owned facilities. With eight employees (five housekeepers and three maintenance technicians), we see to the majority of needs that arise day-to-day, from construction to plumbing and even minor air conditioning and electrical work.

Building Maintenance Supervisor
Responsible for planning and directing the maintenance and repair of county buildings and grounds by performing or overseeing the completion of plumbing, electrical, painting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and carpentry work. Also schedules, supervises, and inspects the work of building maintenance employees, and maintains records of time worked.

Building Maintenance Assistant Supervisor
Responsible for coordinating and performing maintenance and repair duties in county buildings as assigned by supervisor. Coordinates work crews and assists with the performance of plumbing, electrical, painting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and carpentry work in county buildings.
