Welcome! The Human Resources Department handles the centralized functions of all recruitment, application, on-boarding, and personnel needs of Ware County Government offices. That includes benefits administration, policy management and administration, employee relations and recognition programs.

Human Resources Director
Manages and directs all the activities of the Human Resources Office. Administers personnel policies for the County. Prepares job advertisements and handles on-boarding and orientation for new hires. Maintains all personnel records. Administers insurance and benefits programs and answers policy questions. Manages claims filing for benefits and worker's compensation programs. Handles management of the County retirement system. Administers the County wellness programs and serves as chair of the wellness committee. Works in conjunction with all County departments to provide personnel services to the employees of Ware County.
